So we decided to create a special Uni omakase tasting 12 course featuring all different kinds of Uni from Maine, CA, and Hokkaido ❤️ They will be prepared in all different styles such as pressed sushi, hand roll, nigiri, and gunkan with our original pairing of other ingredients 👍 Please reserve at the @exploretock link below our bio.
